Second Weekend
Event Description
Competitors shoot precision rifle courses with .22 rimfire. Courses are published nationwide and change each month. NRL22 membership is not required to shoot monthly matches, but members receive additional benefits to include national score ranking and entry into random prize drawings. All rifles must be chambered in .22LR and a scoped rifle is highly recommended. Magazine fed rifles are preferable and competitors should expect to shoot 50 rounds. Targets may range from 1/4″ to 6″ and will be engaged from 25 to 100 yards.
Divisions:
OPEN – Any and all rifles
BASE – Factory / some limited modifications are allowed
Base class rifles, with scope, must have a combined MSRP of $1050 or less.
LADIES – May compete under OPEN or BASE rules
YOUNG GUNS – Ages 8-16
